2. Ministry Purpose and Scope
Harvest Call Ministries is a Christ-centered organization dedicated to serving the Body of Christ through discipleship pathways that lead to freedom, relational health, and purposeful living. Our Ministry Services include, but are not limited to:
- Freedom Journey (discipleship for freedom from pornography and sexual brokenness)
- Becoming One (pre-marital and early marriage formation)
- Life & Purpose Pathway (youth and young adult discipleship)
- Church-hosted gatherings and public events
- Online resources, articles, and educational materials
- Prayer partnership and pastoral support communications
All Ministry Services are provided for spiritual formation, discipleship, and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, or therapeutic treatment.

3. Eligibility and Registration
Age Requirements
Our Ministry Services are available to individuals of all ages, with appropriate age-specific programs. For certain pathways (such as Life & Purpose Pathway), parental or guardian consent may be required for minors. By registering for a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to provide consent.
Registration Information
When you register for events or subscribe to communications, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Code of Conduct
Participants in our discipleship pathways and events agree to:
- Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect and dignity
- Maintain confidentiality of shared experiences within group settings
- Refrain from disruptive, harassing, or harmful behavior
- Follow facilitator guidance and safety protocols
- Not record or distribute session content without explicit permission
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All content on our website and Ministry Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, documents, curricula, and course materials, is the property of Harvest Call Ministries or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Permitted Use
You may access and use our content for personal, non-commercial ministry purposes only. You may download or print materials for personal use or for use within your local church context, provided you:
- Retain all copyright and attribution notices

Pastoral Care Note: While our facilitators are trained in biblical guidance and discipleship, they are not licensed counselors. Any pastoral care provided is within the scope of ministry, not professional therapy.

8. Donations and Payments
Donations
Harvest Call Ministries gratefully accepts donations to support our ministry work. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations may be processed through third-party payment processors, and by donating, you agree to their terms and conditions.
Event Registration
Registration fees for events and retreats, if applicable, are clearly communicated at the time of registration. Cancellation and refund policies, if any, are provided with each event.
Tax Information
Harvest Call Ministries is a registered religious organization. Donations may be tax-deductible where applicable by law. Receipts are provided for all donations.
9. Confidentiality and Safeguards
Harvest Call Ministries is committed to creating safe environments for all participants. Our confidentiality standards and safeguarding policies apply to all Ministry Services. Key commitments include:

10. SMS and Communication Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Harvest Call Ministries related to:

- Prayer requests and ministry updates
- Urgent communications regarding your participation
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Your consent is not a condition of participation in our ministry programs.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Ministry Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other participants, our ministry, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Ministry Services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator. Both parties agree to participate in mediation in good faith before pursuing any other legal remedies.
