Partnering with Local Churches to Provide Safe, Biblically Faithful Discipleship
Harvest Call Ministries partners with pastors and church leaders to host structured discipleship gatherings that support freedom, relational health, and purposeful living — without replacing the local church or adding unnecessary burden.
This is not a program you "apply" for or a seminar you sign up to run. It's a partnership for faithful ministry, designed to respect your calling and your congregation.
What Partnership Means
What Harvest Call Ministries Provides
- Christ-centered content and facilitation for each pathway
- Trained staff to guide teaching, mentoring, and small groups
- Structure and oversight that maintain biblical and ethical integrity
- Materials and guides so your church can continue follow-up in-house
What Hosting Churches Provide
- Venue and logistics — the church provides the space or arranges for one
- Basic facilities — public address systems, projection system (if available), or other available resources
- Spiritual covering and pastoral guidance
- Internal follow-up capacity — identify church members to continue mentoring or small groups; if unavailable, participants can join our external group arrangements
What This Is Not
- We do not replace pastors or church leadership
- We do not dilute your theology or impose external branding
- We do not require your staff to facilitate or manage operations
How Church-Hosted Gatherings Work
Initial Conversation and Alignment
Discuss your congregation's needs and pathway focus.
Discernment Around Pathways
Choose which discipleship pathways fit your church context (Freedom Journey, Becoming One, Life & Purpose Pathway).
Scheduling and Preparation
Our team coordinates logistics with your church leadership. The church provides venue and basic facilities where available.
Hosting the Gathering
Trained Harvest Call Ministries staff facilitate teaching, mentorship, and small groups.
Follow-Up and Pastoral Continuity
We encourage the church to continue mentoring and accountability internally using our training guides and outlines. If the church lacks capacity, participants can join our external small groups or mentoring sessions hosted in other locations. These follow-ups still follow the same biblical, ethical, and safety standards and are open to participants from multiple churches.
Shared Standards & Accountability
We maintain consistent biblical, ethical, and safety standards across all pathways and gatherings:
Biblical & Theological Integrity
Christ-centered, Scripture-based formation
Safety & Confidentiality
Structured, gender-sensitive, trauma-aware environments
Leadership & Governance Oversight
Clear lines of accountability to church leadership
Quality Assurance
Regular evaluation and improvement of all gatherings
